It is accountable to the Minister for Health through the Department of Health and Human Services and is responsible for the direct management of six sites. RP CV has a broader responsibility to provide leadership, support and assistance to Class B cemetery trusts across Central Victoria. Building off our critical success factors, our long term objective is to ensure we contribute to a one vision delivered by a cohesive, focused and effective team across an integrated sector, as demonstrated below: Deliver quality and caring service with compassion and. In recognition of Remembrance Parks Central Victoria's (RP CV) organizational transformation program and the changed strategic direction, which includes taking a more regional approach to its business, and making its sites more community accessible and orientated more akin to parkland, the fresh brand strategy for the organization is now in place. This contemporary brand more accurately aligns with the new strategic direction for the organization and is qualified of adaptation to maintain the local identity of each particular location administered by Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (RP CV), which is important to the local communities associated with these individuals geographically dispersed locations. The fresh brand and the underpinning philosophy of adopting a more regional approach to its business, is also consistent with and easily facilitates the legislative responsibility for the organization to bear leadership, assistance and advice as requested to Class B trusts (s.12A), rather than simply being Bendigo centric. As the only Class A believe within the London mallet and Hume regions, RP CV has established itself, supported by its new brand, to provide this leadership, support and assistance within these two (2) government regions. Remembrance Parks are a vital component of any region’s heritage and as such are unfold museums from which we can acquire urgent information on the development of an area, RP CV is ever mindful of the crucial role it plays as custodian of such a valuable yet fragile remnant of our past. Having worked for a number of Australia’s blue chip companies, Pam has also worked with a major international consulting company and is elated to bring that different expertise together in a way that contributes to the community and a Board. In 2012, he was one of three councilors elected to represent Lockwood Ward until 2016. In 2013, he was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday honors List. Rod was a councilor with the past City of Bendigo from 1983 to 1994 and was beginning elected to the City of Greater Bendigo in 1996. She is currently the CEO of Cara Inc, a nonprofit community service organization which provides residential concern for vulnerable young woman who are involved in the kid care system. As well as her experience in community services, Lauren has an extensive background in the marketing and communications field. Lauren holds various Directorships including Community 21, Community Sector Banking and Cara Inc. As the mother of two daughters, Lauren has a keen interest in community development and especially the promotion of women in leadership roles. Ken is a member of RP CV's Finance Committee as well as the Audit and Risk Committee. Brad is a partner of ABS Associates, a Chartered accounting firm based in Central Victoria and has over 10 years experience in accounting, audit and risk management services. Before retirement Ian taught at Taft Bendigo now known as Brit for 25 years as a trade teacher teaching engineering. Mark has worked in a number of roles for a variety of organizations in the health and community services over the previous 30 years. Mark has a mighty interest in heritage matters and a number of his ancestors are buried in the Bendigo Remembrance Park. In 2012, she was one of three councilors elected to represent Whipstick Ward until 2016. Cr Lisa Ruffell is a triumphant businesswoman with a different range of qualifications and experiences. Damien resides in Bendigo with his wife and three children and is a committed member of the Bendigo community, also serving on a number of local committees.
